Designed for comfort and convenience, this stylish apartment features a light-filled open-plan living and dining area, perfect for unwinding after a day in the mountains. The fully equipped kitchen makes self-catering easy, while the cozy lounge provides a relaxing space to stream your favourite shows.



The bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with quality linen and storage, and the modern bathroom(s) offer clean, functional design. Heating throughout ensures warmth during the cooler months, while natural light keeps the space bright and welcoming year-round.



With contemporary finishes and practical amenities, this home offers everything needed for a comfortable Queenstown stay.



Sleeping Arrangements:

Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed

Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds (can make as 1 King Bed)

Bedroom 3: 1 King Bed

*Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if you’d like an alternate bed setup. A $100 fee per bed applies for changes made after check-in.



Family-Friendly Extras:

We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.



Good to know:

While there is parking available only in the property's garage, please know there are vehicle size restrictions. It is not suitable for SUV's, campervans or any oversized vehicles.

Garage dimensions are 2.1 meters wide by 4.1 meters long and 2 meters high.

Alternative parking is restricted to the 4 hour visitor car parks.

A car is recommended for convenience, though public bus stops are opposite the apartment complex, making it easy to travel around the area.

Queenstown Airport – approx. 5–10 minutes

Frankton shops & dining – approx. 5 minutes

Queenstown CBD – approx. 10–12 minutes

The Remarkables ski field access road – approx. 15 minutes

Maximum of 6 guests

At least one guest must be over the age of 25

No pets, parties, smoking/vaping indoors and absolutely NO glitter.

3-night minimum stay applies during December 20 – January 5
