JACK’S POINT RETREAT C PROPERTY SUMMARY:
Nestled in its own private cul-de-sac, Jack's Point Retreat is a brand-new, stylish home completed with contemporary interior design throughout. This delightful holiday home is perfectly surrounded by the mountains and close enough to the Jack's Point clubhouse should you wish head out for a coffee or book a table for lunch or dinner.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
Enter the house through the impressive double garage or through the front door, which leads you upstairs to the open plan living. To your left is the kitchen, dining and living area, with its mountain views, gas fireplace, spectacular dining table and breakfast bar.

The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. The living area with its comfortable couches and smart TV, comes complete with Netflix and a soundbar for guests who wish to plug in and play their own movies or music. The gas fireplace heats the space quickly, should you wish to relax after a big day of adventuring.

On the upstairs level behind the kitchen and entertaining area, is the master bedroom complete with ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. The ground level consists of a shared bathroom, separate toilet and laundry. The second and third bedrooms both have a Queen bed and their own French doors – ideal for the summer months.

The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. - For reservations that are outside of 14 days to arrival will only require a 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance is then due 14 days prior to arrival.

Perfection in a nutshell
Very well presented property with a lovely view towards the mountains. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Netfix - great; A/C - a real bonus on a hot day and everything in good order. The golf club cafe is open to all and there are some very pleasant walks around the Jack's Point development.

Beautiful views and house. A shame the showers and oven was dirty. Also the broom had no handle and the dustpan was dirty so had to use vacuum everyday. All good otherwise. ***Caution: My husband caught a creepy old man peering in. He confronted him and the man just said he was being nosy. I didnt sleep after this as I was worried about thr kids.

The best of Kiwi hospitality
Brand new, stylish, modern, well equipped place made us feel like we were at home rather than a generic holiday rental. Everything was of quality- sharp Scanpan knives, great scanpan pots and new F and P (of course) dishwasher, washing machine etc. The setting was fabulous- with the Remarkables in the background and green countryside out front, it was very peaceful. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning. Thank you to the owners for sharing your amazing place with us!
