Welcome to our beautiful brand new home (built Dec 2022), which is perfectly located for beautiful views in Queenstown and only 800 metres from town, (8-10 min walk) where you will find fabulous restaurants, activities and shops.
Our home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories.
The Space:
Our home is brand new (Dec 2022) and is very modern. It's cozy, yet feels very spacious with two generous bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathroom.
This beautiful spot is perfect for a family or group of friends visiting Queenstown for a fun and relaxing holiday. The property has been lovingly crafted to provide a comfortable but relaxed feel with modern finishes and high end appliances.
This home has a modern open plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is equipped with all the essential items you will need to cook a lovely meal during your stay.
In winter, you can relax with an apres ski glass of local pinot noir. In summer, make use of the huge outdoor areas and soak up the view.
The views are limited to just the master bedroom, but they are simply beautiful views of the Remarkables Mountain Range and Lake Wakatipu.
Enjoy unlimited high speed wi-fi on our 50 inch smart tv or on your personal devices.
We have an identical 2 bedroom house to this one right next door, with the exact same dimensions, size, finish and furniture... ideal for larger groups who want to stay close together, yet have privacy as well.
We also have a three bedroom house right next door too... It has fantastic views and sleeps 6 people, though it has different, yet similar furniture in the living and dining room.

BEDDING:
Bedroom 1: Super King Size Bed that can be split into 2 Single Beds (you must let us know at least three days prior to your check in)
Bedroom 2: 2 Singles Beds that can be made into 1 Super King Size Bed you must let us know at least three days prior to your check in)
*If you want us to reconfigure the beds after you have already arrived, there will be a charge of $100 per bed changed due to the cost of the linen and cleaner's time.
Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire house.
PLEASE NOTE: this unit is on the lower level and has stairs leading to the front door (see listing images).
Please, no pets, no parties and no smoking or vaping indoors.
A maximum of four guests are allowed. At least one of the guests must be over the age of 25.
