A fully equipped kitchen is ready for group meals, while the poker table, bumper pool table, and collection of games make for lively evenings together. Each of the five bedrooms includes its own TV, so everyone can retreat in comfort. Lots of supplies provided throughout the house so you can unpack and feel instantly at home knowing every detail has been thought of to make your stay as easy as possible!

^Pool Heat: The pool can be heated for an additional charge of $100 per day for the duration of your stay. Guests must request the pool heat at least 3-days prior to arrival. The heating fee just covers the extra utilities required to heat the pool. The heat fee is charged separately after your booking is secured and must be paid in full prior to check-in.
There is no extra charge for heating the hot tub.

*Trampoline: We want all of our guests to enjoy the trampoline safely! Before guests are given access to this feature, a signed waiver needs to be on file with the host. Waivers are available to sign once you get to the house.
