Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac
I had an issue with one of the concierge staff who was really rude with me and my son. He had a mustache and his name was Jean something. His colleague asked for my room number and my name but no one ever called or apologized for his actions.

Hôtel Palace Royal Centre-Ville par JARO
Breakfast was mediocre for $25 per person. The pool and jacuzzi were great! The rooms were just okay. We loved the location though, walked everywhere!

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful Issue with cleaning staff not shutting our room door completely after cleaning the room. Additional toilet paper would have been beneficial given there were 4 people in the room.
