We got one of the loft rooms , it’s in its own white building next to the main one and the floors were nasty trash and dirt all over , seemed like no one goes in thought out the day to check in the condition! No where did it mention that all the tv stations are only in French & can’t change them over. Wi-Fi hardly reach out over to us so we could watch stuff on our phones. The property outside is very confusing with the parking and where to go. It’s very rutted out and I have a manual car so it wasn’t great ! Right next to a huge main road and we could hear the cars going by all day / night long.

Room was clean but the sink was not draining easily. Hallways and areas outside of the room need major cleaning and sprucing up. Walking distance to university is a plus. 15 mn drive to old quebec. Surrounded by decent places to eat.

Gym had very bad odours, our room was not complete, some electic wires was coming out of the walls. The staff was not welcoming at all.

Manque de propreté, quand on est rentré dans la chambre le ménage avait été fait à moitié. On a eu de la misère à dormir, c'était très bruyant jusqu'à 3 h 30 du matin.

We booked our stay based on the pictures on Expedia. It looked pretty nice and clean rooms but just walking in the hall the smell was horrible. We then walked in our room and the smell was even worst. Did smell like cigarettes and trash. There was mold all over the bathroom tiles and on the room ceiling. Then we opened the blinds and there was homeless there and their trash all over. All this in front of our room window on the first floor. Never experienced something like that and as it was March break there was nothing available anywhere ! Will NEVER go back there in my whole life.

Chambre usée et mal insonorisée, bain tourbillon qui manque des bout et avec moisissure, robinetterie lousse, signe d’ancien dégât d’eau, papier peint qui décolle, chasse d’eau qui coule sans arrêt. Piscine et spa avec beaucoup trop de monde.

Nous n’avons presque pas dormi de la nuit plusieurs personnes couraient dans notre corridors devant notre chambre et parlaient très fort. Très bruyant jusqu’à 4-5 heures du matin.

Rideaux moisis, salle de bain très petite et en mauvais état, propreté de la chambre à désirer. Portes qui claquent et murs en carton, on entend tout ce qui se passe autour. Pour le prix, nous n’y retournerons pas.

Nice comfortable room. Good location to visit qc.
Nice room. And location. Awesome coffee shop right next door. Easy ride to old Quebec City. Could not turn off bathroom fan, I think it’s running 24/7.

The accommodations are interesting but the cleanliness and state of the place is not great. There was no extra towels for the pool, the desk chair was broken, the floor guard between out of the bathroom was unscrewed, there are exposed wires (not connected but still not caped and the pool was overcrowded which made it risky. The personnel was still nice and friendly.
