Quick and easy check in. Room was clean and spacious. Food and drink options at hotel were excellent and staff were friendly and helpful.

Great spot! Clean and great rooms. Unfortunately the only two things I would change is not easily changeable. There isn’t an indoor pool and the parking is very limited.

Not being in old city is the only negative. Very clean, modern shower, beds and comforters were excellent. Nespresso coffee machine with pods was a positive. Staff was super friendly. The surprise was that there was a high end French restaurant in the hotel - you would definitely not see that in the states at a Best Western. The other only negative was the front desk did not have a bottle opener.

In general, nice room cozy and clean . The bed was amazingly soft . the little room at the reception where you can make coffee with some vending machines was accessible all the time, even the gym . Theres also a restaurant in the hotel but you have to book a reservation . unfortunatly, We can hear noises from our room when people are walking in the corridor . Balcony not accessible said the desk boy , even if payed for the room … Didnt offer an other option.

Great Hotel
We stayed here for two nights while visiting a close relative in hospital after heart surgery at the heart institute. We had to come and go at odd hours to respect visit hours and everything at the hotel went smoothly. The onsite restaurant was amazing. Shower was really good as was the bed and the linens. TV worked well with channels in French and English.

From the reservation to the check out, everything was perfect. We reserved while driving there and in less than 2 hours they managed to accommodate all our requests!! The person who welcomed us at the front desk was very welcoming, friendly but polite. Really a 5 stars experience! The only thing I would highly recommend is to reserve in advance if you want to try the restaurant (we were notified but didn’t listen 😅). We will definitely reserve in advance next time because it does seem good.
