Villa delle Fate with a private pool overlooks the Gulf of Cagliari and offers spectacular sea views, nestled among hills and Mediterranean vegetation within a residence. Large windows provide sea views from every bedroom and the living room. From the two terraces, furnished with a dining table and sun loungers, you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the sea, as if you were on a yacht.



The private pool, also with direct sea views, offers unforgettable moments of fun and relaxation. The villa is a 10-minute walk from a charming pebble cove with crystal-clear water, perfect for snorkeling enthusiasts.



You can also enjoy a stunning 300-square-meter communal pool with a large relaxation beach, surrounded by Mediterranean greenery in the exclusive residence.



The renowned beaches of Villasimius are a 30-minute drive away, and along the provincial road you’ll find many white and golden sandy beaches, including Mari Pintau just 5 minutes away. Cagliari, the capital, is 30 minutes by car.
