  • In Sardinia a superb new apartment in a residence for rent in Quartu Sant'Elena (residential area of Cagliari) one of the most popular seaside resorts in the south of Sardinia. In the residence a large green area with soccer field, swings, tennis court.
    The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful location 100 meters from the sea with a pebble beach but 600 meters there is the beautiful white beach of Sant Andrea where if you can get there early, you can put your parasol in front of the sea :-)
    The apartment has two large main bedrooms, a spacious air-conditioned living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and two balconies and a fireplace. All the furniture is new. The residence is in the vicinity of supermarkets, pharmacies, gelaterie and water park 'Diverland' -
    near Restaurants and pizzerias. The residence is closed by an electric gate. It is possible to have on request a small bed for small children.
    The city center 9 km. A free parking space is also available. All amenities such as: wi-fi, xbox, flat screen TV with dvd (living room and bedroom), washing machine, coffee machine, iron, hair dryer, air conditioning, vacuum cleaner, blanket, microwave, linen, towels, toaster, fan, fridge with freezing compartment, oven, cleaning lady.
    On the balcony we enjoy a magnificent view of the sea.
    Living area: 65 m² plus 2 balconies / terrace of 10 mq each. - Many sites to visit are in the surrounding area.

Cet appartement était un sans faute, deux grandes chambres, une cuisine équipée pour préparer de vrais plats, tout le nécessaire pour la plage, de grands espaces de rangement, et cette sublime vue directe sur la mer, qu’on ne s’est pas lassés d’admirer. La résidence est très calmeL’emplacement est idéal pour les voyageurs véhiculés, de nombreuses plages, restaurants, et commodités sont accessibles à quelques minutes en voiture. Pour les voyageurs à pied, compter une vingtaine de minutes pour le super marché, 30mn pour la grande plage de sable blanc et à peu près autant pour les restaurants. Un bus très pratique reliant le centre de Cagliari et longeant la côte circule toutes les demie heures et peut raccourcir votre temps de marche vers vos centres d’intérêt. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Anya, qui a été très accueillante, disponible, et adorablement sympathique, nous la remercions chaleureusement

Wohnen in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung ist schön geräumig, hell und man findet alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht😊 Der Blick auf das Meer war wunderschön. Die Lage ist ein wenig abseits. Einige Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar, für den Großteil benötigt man allerdings ein Auto. Bis nach Cagliari benötigt man ca. 30 Minuten.

Jolie destination pour des vacances en famille de très jolies plages et encore mieux de les découvrir en bateau sans permis à la location Ne pas hésitez à payer 10€ la journée pour accéder à des plages, ça vaut le coup tant pour la beauté de la plage que pour le nombre limité de personnes Le logement est très bien agencé et agréable Merci à Anastasia, notre hôte, qui a été très disponible pour nous et à notre écoute..

Ottimo appartamento per poter visitare le spiagge vicino a Cagliari

Ottimo appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort, tutto perfettamente funzionante. La casa era ben arieggiata e abbiamo acceso il condizionatore solo qualche sera su 2 settimane di permanenza. Da Quartu S.E. è possibile raggiungere le spiagge più belle come Solanas, Villasimius, Capo Carbonara e nello stesso tempo essere vicino a Cagliari dove trascorrere splendide serate. Unici 2 punti a sfavore sono: per accedere all'appartamento che è situato al secondo piano c'è solo una scala a chiocciola e in ultimo, il mare è a 100m dalla casa ma purtroppo in quella zona non è balneabile.

splendido !!

L'appartamento si trova all'interno di un residence in una zona tranquilla con una splendida vista sul mare . La spiaggia di fronte casa è di ciottoli, ma la location è molto comoda per raggiungere le varie spiagge e anche Cagliari. Arredato con gusto , dotato di ogni confort e perfettamente pulito. Tutto ciò che poteva servire c'era; dall' ombrellone e sdrai in dotazione alla scopa elettrica per le pulizie e un comodissimo lavatoio in terrazza. La zona è molto silenziosa e rilassante , perfetta per un soggiorno in relax fuori dal caos . Abbiamo trascorso 11 giorni splendidi in questo ambiente meraviglioso e rientrare la sera sapendo di trovare questo confortevole appartamento con vista sul mare li ha resi ancora più piacevoli. Proprietaria sempre molto disponibile. Lo consigliamo vivamente. Grazie di tutto e speriamo di poterci tornare presto!!

Wohnung ungepflegt in belebtem vorort, bis zum strand sind es weit mehr als 100m, zentrum cagliari mehr als 15 km entfernt. Es gibt kein warmes wasser und der balkon ist so schmal dass man nur in einer reihe nebeneinander sitzen kann. Internet funktioniert nicht. Anlage verwahrlost. Bucht was anderes...

Très bel appartement et très confortable, propriétaire très disponible et avenante

Merci à Madame Anastasia pour sa grande gentillesse et sa disponibilité durant notre séjour du 7 au 14 juillet 2018. L'appartement est fonctionnel, très bien équipé et propre. La vue sur mer est magnifique. Dommage toutefois, que les chambres ne soient pas aussi climatisées car il a fait extrêmement chaud et les ventilateurs ne suffisent pas et sont bruyants si on les laisse tourner la nuit. Nous avons eu des nuisance liées à l'aboiement d'un grand chien noir laissé dans un petit enclos à peine ombragé au milieu de ses excréments (on suppose que ses propriétaires étaient partis en vacances puisque le pauvre était tout seul toute la semaine, nous avons vu juste une fois une fois sa gamelle d'eau remplie et ses excréments ramassés). Cet appartement était juste à côté, à droite de celui que nous occupions. En dehors de ça nous recommandons vivement cet appartement idéal pour 4 personnes. (Famille H---Z)

Consigliato per vacanze tranquille

Casa perfettamente corrispondente alla immagini e alla descrizione, curata, pulitissima e dotata di tutto quanto serve. La posizione davanti al mare la rende piacevolmente fresca anche in periodi molto caldi, l'ambiente interno e il bagno sono spaziosi, arredati con gusto. Il mare davanti a casa non è bello (costa sassosa e bassa), ma a poca distanza si possono trovare delle spiagge molto belle di sabbia o ciottoli, anche adatte ai bambini come Flumini, Mare Pittau, Cala Regina. E' tuttavia necessario avere una macchina per spostarsi, ma la bellezza del mare ripaga la fatica. La casa si trova all'interno di un residence molto tranquillo e costeggiata da vie poco trafficate. C'è possibilità di giocare a tennis nel campo condominiale. In zona c'è una buona pizzeria, supermercati e servizi vari, ma nel complesso si tratta di un'area residenziale un po' isolata, che garantisce la tranquillità ma offre molto poco per una passeggiata serale (occorre prendere l'auto e spostarsi). Noi comunque cercavamo esattamente questo e quindi siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.

“Des vacances super relax" :-)

Nous avons passé nos vacances en août dans ce bel appartement, neuf, agréable et fonctionnel. Il ne manquait rien (comme dans la description). L’accès à l’appartement via un romantique escalier e depuis le balcon une vue magnifique de carte postale sur la mer d’un bleu superbe le matin et le soir un coucher de soleil spectaculaire. L’appartement est très propre avec au salon une belle cheminée, une salle de bain à l’Italienne avec le wc avec un bidet indispensable pour l’hygiène intime que l’on ne trouve quasiment plus en France. Nous avons des enfants en bas âge et nous avons optés pour la commodité des plages proches de l’appartement (sans devoir faire plusieurs dizaines de kilomètres pour aller visiter les fameuses plages Sardes, nous avons pu constater que même à 800 mètres de l’appartement sont superbes). Les plages de Sant Andrea à via Taormina sont belles, faites de sables fins que nous ont conseillés les propriétaires de l’appartement (voir photos en annexe). Et pour ceux qui préférent les galets au sable, à 400 mètres à pied vous trouverez la plage de Soru e Mari. A 200 mètres de l’appartement, vous trouverez un ancien Port de Pêche très romantique (voir photos). En revanche, à 10km il y a le « lungo Mare Poetto » avec des établissements balnéaires, notre préférence va à l’Emerson (très classe) avec restaurant/café et jeux pour les enfants. Al Lido, vous trouverez en plus des magasins ainsi qu’un restaurant sur des palafittes sur la mer (très romantique pour un repas le soir). Le viale Poette est fait de longues plages de sable fin et mer transparente (voir photos), il y en a pour tous les goûts J. L’aspect très pratique de l’appartement est la proximité du pizzeria (la Fontanella qui fait des plats italiens et pizza succulentes). Pour les sportifs, terrains de tennis et de foot dans la résidence J. Plusieurs supermachés à 5 min de voiture de l’appartement, bar, pharmarcie. Le seul point négatif est qu’il faudrait réhabiliter le petit port de pêche et ne pas le laisser à l’abandon (quel dommage), sinon la Sardaigne est magnifique et elle vaut vraiment la peine d’être visitée. Nous avons passé des superbes vacances en famille, à refaire dès que possible……
