Picturesque flat with sea view

The holiday home is situated in a beautiful location at Geremeas, overlooking Kal'e Moru beach. Thanks to the 3 bedrooms, there is enough space for a family. Your pet is also welcome. The house is in a strategic position from where you can enjoy a beautiful view when you will be at home.

You can easily reach the most beautiful beaches of southern Sardinia. Unmissable are the beaches of Villasimius and Costa Rey, just 15 minutes by car. Be sure to visit Cagliari, rich in monuments, shops and even more beaches. There are many other interesting tourist attractions worth visiting.

Guests can bring their dog but notice that your dog cannot access the bedrooms. The guests have to respect the property and will kindly be asked to keep an eye on their dog. In the well-equipped kitchen, you can prepare home-cooked meals and enjoy them with your pals in the living/dining room. In the private partially fenced garden, you can close the day with a drink of your choice.

In case of Late Check-in and Check-out at night from 9.30 pm to 7 am, we will charge an extra 35 Euros for it.

The house itself looks even better in real life than it does on the photos. We weren't missing any important kitchen utensils or bathroom equpiment. The view of the sea is fantastic and so is the nearest beach. It is easy to reach by foot and only really crowded on the weekend. Unfortunately the air conditioner turned out to be a ceiling fan in each room which couldn't really cool down the whole house but the overall quality of the house made up for it. We would strongly recommend having your own car during the vacation. The location of the house is not far away from bigger cities like Cagliari or Villasimius but the public transport is not very reliable nor simple to understand. Fortunately, there is a bus station right next to the house which made things a little easier. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the house and would definitely recommend spending a vacation there.

Das war unser vierter Urlaub auf Sardinien aber noch nie haben wir uns so gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und auch während des Aufenthaltes zu jeder Zeit gut betreut, wenn es gewollt war. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett uns spricht fließend English, so dass die Kommunikation überhaupt kein Problem war. Ich werde das Haus auf jedenfall weiter empfehlen und mein Mann und ich werden mit Sicherheit wieder hinfahren. Vielen Dank für das schöne Zuhause während unseres 14-tägigen Aufenthaltes auf Sardinen.

Das Haus in Geremeas ist sehr schön gelegen. Von der Terrasse hat man einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber. Den schönen Strand Kal’e Moru erreicht man zu Fuß in 8 min. Die Vermieterin hat alles sehr gut organisiert, so dass unser Urlaub ohne Probleme ablief. Nochmals vielen Dank an Rita!

Ankunft: reibungslos! Unterkunft: super! Umgebung: wunderschön! Wenn wir zuhause waren, haben wir uns nur auf der traumhaften Terrasse mit der grandiosen Aussicht aufgehalten. Es stehen ander Häuser in der Nähe, aber man ist trotzdem nur für sich. Ausstattung ist optimal gegeben. Je Schlafzimmer ein Schrank, mehr wäre auch zuviel. TV & Radio sind völlig überflüssog. Sehr zu empfehlen!!! GRAZIE

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub auf Sardinien in Geremeas! Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen in einer Siedlung am Hang. Man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer von der Terrasse. Das Haus ist ganz hübsch eingerichtet und man hat alles da, was man braucht. Bis zum Meer ist es wirklich nicht weit, man braucht gerade mal 10 Minuten. Es gibt auch viele andere Strände, die alle unterschiedlich sind. Wir sind oft Richtung Villasiums gefahren, dort kann man für 5 € am Tag mehrere Strände besuchen, wo man schön tauchen kann. Für Kinder und Erwachsene sind sie ein Paradies. Auch empfehlenswert ist eine Bootstour, dann erreicht man wunderschöne Buchten, die man sonst nicht mit Auto erreichen kann. Das Meer ist unglaublich schön mit ganz klarem Wasser in vielen Blauschattierungen - ein Traum! Geremeas ist ein kleiner ruhiger Ort, man kann von hier aus relativ schnell (30-40 Min) auch wunderschöne Hauptstadt Cagliari mit Auto erreichen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden auch sehr herzlich am Ort empfangen. Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und kommen selbst gerne wieder. ) Danke noch mal an Rita!

Wir haben das Haus in Geremeas sehr genossen, vor allem von der schönen Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer. Um zum Meer zu gelangen, muss man einen ordentlichen Spaziergang machen und eine stark befahrene Straße überqueren, besonders der Weg zurück ist scharf. Glücklicherweise waren wir im Frühjahr dort und der Jet war nicht so schlecht. Das Haus ist toll, vor allem die Außendusche ist weit verbreitet.

Mit ein wenig „Investitionen und eine engere Überwachung des“ allgemeinen Zustand der Villa Einrichtungen wäre perfekt ... Wenn Sie don ‚in Komfort nicht zu schwierig sind .. keine Sorge werden Sie lieben die" Platz

Das Haus / Wohnung befindet sich in einem Wohnkomplex (hinter + Absperrgitter) a ...

Das Haus / Wohnung befindet sich in einem Wohnkomplex (hinter + Absperrgitter) auf einem ziemlich steilen Hügel, aber es ist auch leicht zu erreichen. Vom Haus aus kann man in 15 Minuten zu Fuß den Hügel hinunter zum Strand. Danach müssen Sie alle die Treppe zu sichern, aber solange man nicht in der Mitte des Tages, ist es einfach (in der Hitze) zu tun. Die Strände in der Nähe von Cala Sinzias Villasimius / Costa Rei mit dem Auto in 20-30 Minuten. Diese Eigenschaft ist nicht geeignet für reine Kulturliebhaber, da das Gebiet an den Stränden vor allem konzentriert, aber das Meer ist so schön, dass man schnell den Rest vergessen. Es ist schön, etwas mehr von der Nuraghen, ein Volk, lebte in Sardinien in der Bronzezeit zu sehen. Ihre Strukturen können an verschiedenen Orten zu sehen ist, besuchten wir Su Nuraxi Barumini. Das Haus selbst ist in Ordnung, (die Betten gut schlafen) und die Besitzer sind sehr sympathisch.
