1a) large and comfortable living room with sofa, armchair, dining table and chairs, 55 inch LED TV with satellite decoder, Sky (Italy) and DVD and a mezzanine used as a reading room;
1b) linear kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster as well as everything you need (cutlery, plates, pots etc.);
2) master bedroom with double mattress;
3) secondary bedroom with double mattress;
4) bedroom with two single beds;

6) room used as a mini-gym in the basement;

The beaches of the coast are just a short distance away: Poetto 11 km of white beach, Capitana, Flumini, Capo Boi, Solanas, Torre delle stelle, Mari Pintau, Kala e moru, Villasimius and Costa Rei. Furthermore, ten minutes away, you can admire the pink flamingos present in the Molentargius pond. In the spring-summer period there are numerous village festivals and celebrations in the area.
