Located in a nice diverse neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops. Close to several Metro stops which makes it easy to see the sites in Paris. Walking distance to the Opera and Galleries Lafayette. Get the breakfast option which includes a large variety of items and is very convenient. They had an issue with the AC in our room but they gave us a fan and was fixed the next day! The room was very clean. We had a great experience with 1K. The only issues we had was that the walls were black and hallways are VERY dark. There was hardly any light! "The hotel itself was very nice. Rooms nice size for downtown Paris. Centrally located to Eiffel Tower and quant bakeries and cafes. Safe is helpful. But when they say the breakfast will open at 7 it means sometime after seven. But they will accommodate if you need something at 7. We also had an issue ..."
