The Mountains are Calling Retreat

  • Come and enjoy the fresh Swiss mountain air.
    Our well equipped, self contained appartement is a great place to spend some time away in either Summer or Winter.
    Our place is just a 2 minute drive to Oberterzen to catch the cable car up to Flumserberg for a great day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking.
    We are also only a 3 minute drive to Unterterzen to spend a beautiful summers day at the Walensee.

Die Unterkunft war perfekt, das Skigebiet gut zu erreichen. Die Buchung war eine Katastrophe. Haben bei e-domizil gebucht und Mails von Fewo-dirkt, vrpo und Expedia bekommen, dass wir ein Nachricht von der Vermieterin hätten, dazu aber jeweis einen Account anlegen und möglichst eine App installieren müssten. Bei Fewo-direkt und VRBO war der Posteingang aber leer und unsere Buchung nicht zu finden. Die in den Mails angegebene Frankfurter Telefonnummer existiert nicht. e-domizil war nicht telefonisch, aber per Whatsapp zu erreichen. Dort habe ich dann eine spanische Antwort erhalten, ich solle mich auf expedia.es registrieren. Erst nach erstellen eines Accounts und Installation der App von Expedia wurde die Nachricht der Vermieterin angezeigt und ich konnte mit ihr kommunizieren. Telefonisch war allerdings eine Rufnummer in USA angezeigt.

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr schön. Olivia ist eine sehr fürsorgliche Gastgeberin.Bei Fragen gab es sofort Antworten und sie kümmerte sich um unser Wohlergehen. Die Zeit ging viel zu schnell vorbei.
