"We stayed for two nights and had a great time. We stayed in a suite with a kitchenette. It was a very long walk down to the end of the building. I was just recovering from a knee injury so the walk from a far away parking lot and then all the way down the end of the building was not ideal. I did tell the receptionist I just came off crutches so not sure why she put me in the farthest room possible? Next time, I will request a room closer to the pool and gym entrance. There also is very little signage so finding everything was difficult to navigate. The restaurant was closed both times we went downstairs to eat so we had to grab food at the cafe. It was grab and go and very expensive. The pool area and hot tubs were wonderful and the kids enjoyed them. It was relaxing and quiet and much cheaper than renting a VRBO in that area. I prefer a house rental but the prices are out of control."

"Great location! This was our first ski in/out and it was so convenient to the slopes. Clean unit, keypad access was handy for late night arrival and so we didn’t have to coordinate keys for our teenagers while skiing. The condo had just what was needed as far as kitchen items and linens. Pool and hot tub were nice in the evenings. Would definitely stay again!"

"Location was excellent. Condo was clean but furniture and comforters were very worn. Definitely could use upgrade. Beds were adequate. Could use new mattresses. "

"Excellent stay at Joes place located at Sunday river. Check in was not until 4:00 PM and we had someone on out group who was not skiing. We were able to connect with cleaners who let us know it was ready earlier and much appreciated. The place was very clean, heated bathrooms floor was a plus and easy ski in and ski out near southridge express lift. The outdoor pool was relaxing and very warm. The only complaint was that it was hard to identify which building we were in. Northpeak condos has 3 buildings and there are no signs to identify which building we were in. A sign be helpful. "

"Condo was very clean, neat & perfect location. Check in & out was super easy. The host left perfect instructions and there was no confusion. Kitchen was equipped with all the essentials which made prepping/cooking meals feel like home. Plenty of bath towels were available for all the guests. My group & I loved how convenient the condo was to the trails, it really enhanced the overall ski weekend. Would recommend to anybody looking to experience the ski in-ski out vibe at Sunday River! "

"It was everything we needed! First floor is nice for unloading. Beds were comfortable. Place was cozy! Just know that there is no keurig. They also only had decaf for the old school coffee maker. 1st world problems, until you meet my wife in the morning without coffee :)Place was great. Beds and furniture weren’t fancy, but were very comfy. 10 out of 10."
