The rooms are fabulous. HOWEVER: To get the in and out of the hotel you have to enter via a very busy/chaotic shopping center full of crowds. This becomes an issue when you try and exit a vehicle. With people trying to rush you so their car can move, as the turning circle is extremely tight and small for a shopping center of this size. When trying to leave the hotel, you have to wait in a large crowd of people until its time for your car/taxi to arrive. To once again be rushed at to move along. For a 5 star hotel this is a big let down and extremely disappointing.
