We stayed at the Royal Palace Hotel for 6 nights. We arrived very late, so it was a relief to be seen to so quickly to get to our rooms. There were four of us with 3 rooms. Breakfast was included with our room, and it was more than sufficient, something to please everyone. Our rooms were very spacious, comfortable, clean and tidy, none of us could complain. The hotel is situated in a pretty convenient spot, plenty of shops and historical landmarks within walking distance. The big drawcard for us was the staff, so completely friendly and helpful, nothing seemed too much trouble for them. We would all definately stay here again next time we visit Hanoi.

I have been travelling all over the world over 30 years, and this is one of the best expedited i have in hotels, people working at the hotel has the bes attitude I had seen, Congratulations to the people at this hotel

Great location, friendly staff, fantastic breakfast. The only thing we would fault is the shower flooded the bathroom when used as there isn't a way to keep the water from spraying out of the shower. We stayed two nights and toured all around the old quarter on foot so it was great to be able to pop into the hotel for a quick break since it's centrally located. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful property. The room and decor were stunning, and the overall ambiance was warm and inviting. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly welcoming and attentive—truly a highlight of our visit. Breakfast was delicious, and I really appreciated how thoughtfully they accommodated my allergies. The location is perfect, making everything easily accessible. The thoughtful gifts at checkout were a wonderful surprise and added a special touch to our experience. We will definitely be returning to this charming property!
