"It’s about 2 steps above an hourly motel. Most of the occupants looked like individuals just getting by… with all their belongings in their vehicles and in front of the motel doors. "Good value for money, very clean, convenient in-town location. Concrete walkways around the pool area needed repainting and had many cracks. Could do with a little refreshing. Hot tub was residential-type, seats 6, but very clean and in an enclosed space with benches for cooling off/ drying off. Basic hot breakfast included with stay: eggs, sausage, a few forms of bread and cold cereals, yogurts and one or two juices. Available at 5 a.m.! Coffee: just alright, but available at blink a.m. They skipped housekeeping our room which really annoyed me because we had used all but one towel. We left for the day at 9:30 a.m. but evidently that was late departure for the housekeeping team. Overall I'd call the place not bad at all, which is a compliment."

"The property was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable in a quiet location at the end of the street with ample parking and amazing views of the Snake and Clearwater Rivers. Excellent location for both river access and to downtown. Todd was very personable and quick to respond to messages. I would highly recommend this home for a family or group gathering in the Lewiston area. We will definitely look to stay here again the next time we are in town."

"This is a nice property to stay at. Clean and roomy. Summertime with kids would be a blast with the pool. Nice patio outside, quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable, but there were no extra blankets.The HVAC was locked out so we couldn't change the temperature at all and it got a little cool - again no extra blankets to wrap up in.If you plan on doing cooking, its a great kitchen with gas stove and ovens.Outfront and the steps up to the front door needs more lighting. Managing the steps in the dark was not great.I sent a message to hosts about the hvac, but did not hear back from them. But if you want a nice roomy place, this is a good place to stay."

It does provide everything you need to heat or cook food other than a stovetop range. great place if you want close access to the river and would like more space than a motel provides. Host was Kind and easy going. It's a great place to stay if you want to get out and explore the area."
