A beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath home with an unobstructed view of the Mississippi River. Fantastic location just steps from the charming shops and restaurants. Perfect for larger groups, sleeping 9 guests. With a fresh nautical look, this home fits perfectly in the edge of the Mississippi River. A great place for larger groups with charm and character of 3 bedrooms and 2 baths decorated for the river! The primary bedroom, with a king bed, is on the main floor with an attached bath. The other two bedrooms are on the 2nd level. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. The second bedroom, with river views, has 2 double beds.

Great house, great location

Great location!

Had such a fun girl's trip! Great shopping, libations and food. The house was perfect. So clean and the front porch was great for wine, a fire, watching the river and hanging out. We'll be back!

Girls weekend

Just Perfect

My mother unexpectedly passed away and it was a little sanctuary for a few days during a very hard time. The attention to detail was wonderful . The river always calms my soul.

Great location! We were able to walk to restaurants and shops. Sitting out on the the front porch and watching the boats and trains was a big hit with my grandchildren. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Perfect for a friends get together!

The River Chateau was very clean, great view of the Mississippi and had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. We parked our cars in the driveway and didn't need them until we left LeClaire.

This property was the perfect location for my girlfriends getaway. We were close enough to walk to anything we wanted to visit and we were so comfortable during the time we spent in the house. The house had everything we needed and more. I have recommended this to everyone I have talked to since our trip. We could not have asked for a better experience!

we had a girls trip to celebrate that one from our group recently retired from work. the house was wonderful and had plenty of room for all of us. the location was perfect. we only had a short walk to everything in town. and the fire pit was the best way to sit and enjoy the view!

Girls gathering

Growing up in the Bettendorf, LeClaire is always a great place to stay when returning to the QC. This house was perfect! It has an excellent view of the river and the trains pass by. The house is immaculately clean with well supplied kitchen, bathrooms and wonderful bedding. There was a Christmas tree in living room. It was like coming back home. Christmas carols were playing on the streets of LeClaire. We spent 3 nights and never left this lovely little town. We will return and stay at the Chateau again!

Very nicely done!

This lovely spot was just as pictured but better. Exceptionally clean, nice towels, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen with spices even. Comfortable couch with a great view. The patio overlooking the river is perfect for sunrises or evenings with a glass of wine. Do check out the winery, just a short 2 block walk. The decor is really well done and very inviting. A favorite VRBO for sure! Can't say enough good, there wasnt a single negative!

Hi Sheila! There was only one thing to mention to you. The top rail upstairs, it is very wobbly and needs tightened a bit. Thanks! Beautiful property and location. House is super cute!!!

Can't beat the location

This house was perfect for our family and the location is ideal for walking to the shops, restaurants, coffee houses, brewery, distillery and winery along Cody Road. The property was better than described and the set up worked well for our group. The main bedroom with its own bath on the first level was perfect for my wife and I. Our son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter used the upstairs bedrooms, and had their own bath, as well (also on the first floor). The house was spotless and there was plenty of extra pillows and blankets, if needed. The front patio with its firepit and well-stocked supply of wood has a spectacular view of the river. Sheila was very responsive and we will definitely be staying here again.

Annual Girl's Trip

Our group of 5 friends had a wonderful time during our 4 night stay on our Annual Girl's Fall Trip while we visited LeClaire and stayed in this beautiful home. We enjoyed the fantastic views of the Mississippi River and having our home based right in the midst of the town shops, and restaurants. It is beautifully decorated and very well stocked. The Dining Room table worked out great to play games, and we enjoyed sitting out on the front patio and also using the fire pit. Sheila was great in answering our questions when planning our trip. Parking was great in the private drive-way and check-in was super easy. Everyone in LeClaire was very friendly and welcoming. The Information Center downtown was very helpful. If the opportunity arises, we would love to come back to LeClaire and stay here again!

Great location

Visited for Gigi's Superhero Race in Bettendorf. Close enough drive to eace, and beautiful river town to visit. Walking distance to some restsurants/bars/ice cream shoppe! Kids loved it.

Picturesque

Our stay at the Riverfront Chateau was fantastic. The house is beautifully redone. There was plenty of space and it had a well stocked kitchen, lovely fire pit and outdoor space. The location was super convenient - easy walking distance to shops, food and drinks including a delicious ice cream place called Scoop. I do recommend earplugs as it is located on a busy road near a railway crossing. We were ok with earplugs and white noise. The incredible number of positives clearly outweigh this one challenge. We would definitely stay here again. It was dreamy.
