"For a four star hotel I was expecting more, for example a chair or a sofa in the bedroom and the water from the air conditioning shouldn’t be running to the pavement making it extremely dangerous as it was marble. On a positive side the reception young lady and the lady cleaner couldn’t be more helpful ..."
