Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room."

We had so much fun, we stayed on and had a beautiful dinner and made friends. The owners and the team are warm and friendly. Breakfast was traditional Berati with a spread of fresh fruits, vegetables, olives, cheeses and even petula made to order!
