"Awful hotel. There was a reception desk but we did not see any staff the whole time we stayed. The front door was left open the whole time with no staff there and our room was right at the front. Anybody could walk in and out and we felt very unsafe. The room was fine/ ok. Only a really thin sheet to sleep in and when you have AC on this is not enough so we were cold all night. Found some foul smelling and dusty blankets in the cupboard for the following night which kept us warmer but felt...

"What an absolute gem of a property! Honestly, if you’re staying in saranda then you have to stay here. Beautiful new hotel, great staff, free parking for the guests, great location a street away from the ocean and 5-10 minute walk to anything you may desire. Restaurants, bars, cafes, clubs or the beach. I want to give specific thank you to Onersa for being so welcoming and hospitable! She was absolutely incredible and made my stay even more memorable. "It is less than 5 minutes to walk to a nearby beach where we were able to rent two lounge chairs with umbrellas for 10 euro. The hotel is clean and the air con works well. The hostess (tall, slim with black hair) was extremely kind, friendly and helpful when we asked for information about kayaks, taxis, bus…she even made calls for us. No swimming pool but the sea was lovely!"

"There are a huge number of hotels in Ksamil and I found it difficult to know which to book but L'Amo del Mare proved to be excellent choice. It is one of the few hotels with a pool (it actually has 2 - one on the rooftop and one on the lower floor). Hotel is in excellent conditions (probably pretty new). Breakfast served on rooftop terrace with views over sea. Daytime restaurant and bar is also here which is great place to watch sun go down. The hotel is very central so is lively at night but not too noisy and it seemed to quieten down not too late (we were there at weekend). The hotel is in small row of hotels (I think 3) which is much better than other hotel areas where there can be a huge number of hotels squeezed in together obscuring each others views. Highly recommended."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Glow boutique hotel. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of options and variation day to day. Room and pool were lovely! Staff were so kind and helpful especially Klaudia who gave us really good recommendations! Only feedback is that shelves in the shower would be helpful to place toiletries. Our stay was otherwise perfect! "

Lovely family run apartments

"A very comfortable stay in a basic apartment. The family who run this place are so lovely and kind and gave us wonderful advice for exploring the area. The location of the hotel is a short walk to shops and beaches. There is no view of the sea but we did have a view of next doors pool from our balcony. I would definitely stay here again if I come to Ksamil. "
