"This hotel opened up 4 months before our stay so it is very new. It is conveniently located by the center and has parking. Breakfast included. Only complaint was the water in the shower was lukewarm, but we did inform the staff about that. "

"The reception staff were helpful especially with the parking situation, however it would be remiss of me to not highlight the state of the hotel in terms of facilties. All a little tired and broken, however for the price what would you expect. The photos no longer match as these were evidentally taken a long time ago and the condition has deteriorated. I didn't use the spa facilities so I cannot comment on those. But for the value, location, free parking and free breakfast you really cannot...

"Communication with Lavdie was excellent.The apartment is located less than a 5 minute walk from the lakefront, 10 mins from numerous good restaurants, and 20 minutes from the town centre. The apartment has been recently modernised and was perfectly clean. It is stylishly decorated, well equipped and very comfortable. Accessibility is excellent.There are many activities available in Pogradec and we enjoyed our stay very much.Overall Ladvie's apartment fully merits 5 stars at least."

"Everything about this property is on point and by far the best we have stayed in in Albania. Modern only 9 months old, fixtures and fixings well finished and quality. Communication excellent, breakfast lovely, secure building and room. Everything you need and great position in walking distance to just about everything. Seriously good value for money given the quality of everything."

"The rental is small but perfect for one (or 2) people. The kitchen is well equiped, wetroom shower, nice little balcony, lots of closet space. The location was perfect for walking to the lake and around the city. "
"I loved this little boutique hotel. Breakfast was complete, homemade and perfect! The room was clean, bathroom was modern with plenty of HOT water and a shower I did not have to squeeze into.
Not a cheap hotel by local standards, but you get what you pay for the I loved the location, the cleanliness and that was walkable to everywhere I wanted to visit.
