"The staff was extremely cooperative and helpful. Due to a flight delay, we arrived at the hotel at 2:30 a.m., but the check-in process was handled very smoothly. The staff member kindly helped us order food online, and when it was delivered, he personally brought it to our room even at such a late hour. The room was also very good. The beds were neat and clean, and overall the stay was comfortable. We truly appreciate the staff’s helpful attitude and dedication. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience."

"I arrived late around 1 AM, and the hotel staff kindly waited for me to complete the check-in. Edward and his wife were especially wonderful — not only did they wait for me, but they are an extremely kind couple who provide excellent service and make you feel truly welcome. I also forgot my AirPods at the hotel, and they are making arrangements to return them to the USA. Their honesty, care, and professionalism really stood out. I’m very grateful and would absolutely recommend this hotel."
