"Before we even arrived in Egypt the staff was excellent. Especially Inas who was very professional and detailed. She made our visit in Egypt one to remember for many years!!!! She is truly a professional and not just business as usual. She made us feel so welcome and we are forever grateful to have had her support throughout our vacation. She gave us the best direction on sites to see and how to coordinate each event. The staff was very polite and the rooms were clean. The food on the balcony was amazing as well.
