Good sides: it’s right in front of the ski slopes, which is amazing! Lots of eateries nearby, in the Tower Plaza. Discount for rental and ski pass. Staff very helpful, speaks good English! considerations: Chalet restaurant doesn’t have many options, it’s overpriced. Room temperature very slow adjustable, either too warm or too chilly. Rain shower doesn’t work. Swimming pool closed. WiFi had problems. Shuttle bus doesn’t follow the schedule and leave the guests behind. Very stressful to sort it out.

Hotel was super old. We had ondol rooms with four mats. There was hair between the mats. Blankets had duvet covers but no sheets for the mats. The hallways were filthy and th balconies were falling apart. Thankfully we were stuck there only one night. I won’t stay here again.
