"Absolutely stunning house with so much attention to detail. We stayed as a family group of 10 - 8 young adults. Everyone had an amazing week. The house is so well equipped and having the lovely pool and space in the garden was so good. Vicky was really helpful with all communications and I would thoroughly recommend anyone to stay here. The location is great being secluded but so close to beaches and lovely towns."

"Excellent hotel in a fantastic location. We enjoyed our stay as a family of 3 (2 adults and a 2year old child) in room 7. It was perfect for us. The room had everything we needed including a fridge and a microwave which were great extras that you don’t always get with every hotel room. Free parking on site was also an excellent bonus. We enjoyed our stay so much we’ve booked to come again."

"So impressed with Guy’s place, nothing negative about our stay whatsoever. Plenty of room for our family, great views, everything you would need for your stay. No33 is a very light and airy house, very quiet during our stay and a great base to explore the area. Lovely beaches close by and excellent food places nearby.Great communication from Guy and our weather was fantastic, we wouldn’t hesitate to return, many thanks"

"We needed a simple clean room with en-suite to stop while we did some coastal walking in North Wales. This was conveniently situated- Would recommend!"

"Minor problem with the Wifi as the plasterer had been in and ripped the old wiring out, Host came down and sorted it out which was great as it was quite late when we arrived. In terms of cleanliness the upstairs was spotless. Downstairs dining room had some mess where the plasterer hadn't tidied up but the Host was very apologetic and sorted it. My only concern would be in the Kitchen the dishwasher needs to be swapped around with the washing machine as you can only open the dishwasher to 45 degrees as the Oven fouls the opening. This makes loading the bottom interesting. Kitchen tap leaks if you open the cold water too much. Would definitely stay again as the area is superb and overall the farmhouse is functional."
