The hotel & room is clean with safety box, kettle, tea/coffee box , 2 bottles water in fridge. The distance is around 3 minutes from train station, with all shops restaurants around，very convenient. The buffet is impressive, with american standards, servers wearing butlers uniforms, with variety foods, scrambled eggs and bacon, fresh fruits, yogurt, the best of my trip. The towels quality is much better than european hotels provided． i told manager The internet was unstable after 2 am in the morning before i left, he immediately checked with internet provider, very responsive in doing that. The price is good. i would recommend this hotel．

Apartments were clean and well equipped. Apartments are a little tired and would benefit a refurbishment. Work on a roof under our apartment was noisy and we were not aware this was happening when we booked. We would book again though as the location was good for us.

Lovely old building but the suite we had lacked character despite the fantastic views of the sea and promenade. There were only white walls and some ‘art’ would have enhanced the whole character of the suite. A beautiful bathroom was ruined by the narrow toilet compartment!! Staff were wonderful.

The entire staff couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect!
