Ideally located in Puy-Saint-Vincent, this warm and fully equipped mountain half-chalet sits in the peaceful and sought-after Pré Sabeyran area at 1500 m altitude. Set on a 2000 m² plot, it offers an exceptional natural setting, perfect for a relaxing stay with family or friends, in both summer and winter.



The chalet welcomes you with a covered entrance terrace, ideal for storing ski gear, sleds, or bikes safely. A large south-facing wooden terrace is perfect for sunny meals and relaxing with mountain views. The north-facing balcony offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Écrins massif and Vallouise valley.



The ski slopes and ESF lessons (station 1400) are directly accessible on skis throughout the season for intermediate skiers (3rd star level).
