The room itself was amazing—clean, comfortable, and well-designed. However, for the price I paid, I was surprised by the very limited TV channel options. None of the main cable networks were available. At this price point, basic cable should really be included. Great room overall, but the entertainment options didn’t match the cost.

Overall is average,
On check-in they gave me smoking room, and the room was so smelling, it's like hell if you want to sleep inside.
The housekeeping helped me to inform the help desk and they changed my room to a non-smoking while the girl on the checkin was telling me we don't have empty room.
My new room was ok, casino service is relly bad, in 3 nights stay they pass to me 1 time only asking me what i need to drink.
Gillis is a good destination inside the hotel.

Last resort overnight
Gloomy and run down dark carpets and dark chipped furniture. Did not enjoy one but. Hotel next door didn’t open until 7 and it did not look promising. WiFi did not work and poor 4g signal

An OK place to stop..
Room was generally clean but run down. Smelled of cigarette smoke as evidenced by butts on flat roof outside. Stained carpet and very noisy with main road outside. Bits of furniture trim missing. Pool was good but tiny. Bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was OK. Bit disappointing really.
