"I loved how close the hotel was to the train station. The hotel was very modern with a friendly staff. I loved that the lobby had a water dispenser. The room had a lot of amenities (air conditioning, mini kitchen, chromeCast) and very spacious. Especially for the price, I would definitely stay here again."

"No funciona el WiFi solo en la recepción y no hay manera de tener atención solo en los horarios que marcan de 10am -5 pm Tuvimos la experiencia de desalojar el edificio por que solo la alarma a las 2 am y no había manera de comunicarnos a recepción de que sucedía y estábamos en el piso 9 empezamos a bajar por escalera , sin embarro igual subir y llegamos hast abajo sin saber a k hr podíamos regresar ya que no había nadie de ahí ...la alarma se silencio pero no sabíamos que pasaba . Gracias...

"This flat was perfect for a functional overnight stay. Instructions for access and checkout were easy to follow. The flat was large and clean, furniture, furnishing etc was basic but all ok. Book parking in advance. 10 minutes walk to the city centre. "

"Check in and out was smooth. Close to transportation. There unpatch hole near the light in bathroom. Because property business district you would have to travel a bit to find food especially Saturday and Sundays."

"We were here for 1 night arriving during the air traffic control issue and this was a stop over for Eurostar. So limited exposure. The room we had was fine, it was clean but is well worn, you can see it in everything. Bed was comfy and for the few hours we were there it was fine, i wouldn't want to stay for any longer. The real downside is the local area it is horrific and i don't think that even does it justice. I'm not one to feel intimidated but this is bad gangs of men/youths hanging...

"The original room I had booked wasn't available, so I was given a replacement which turned out to be a fantastic apartment in a better place of the city. I'm very happy with the way this was dealt with and the quality of the replacement. The check-in and check-out process as well as the communication with the staff during the stay was very efficient, and very service minded."

"The property is a student residence with some other guests. I stayed one night but had four fire alarms as they were trying to cook, I believe. The reception desk sent emails, and that made the check-in easy."

"No codes provided to access the room beforehand. Shower Impossible to adjust from cold to scalding hot. No bedside lamp. Floor not cleaned. Hasty conversion of a traditional Brussels home by freelance contractor. Shame because very good location in relation to EU institutions. Unfortunately an EU summit subjected us to helicopter patrols which made it hard to get some sleep."
