"Our stay in Davenport was one for the books! From the moment we arrived, we knew this place was something special. The owner even had the yard freshly mowed for us — it looked amazing, super cleaned up, and not a single bug in sight! We got to enjoy the beautiful evening outside, and the seating area with a gated off backyard, made it the perfect hangout spot. Even the neighbors were sweet and came over to ask if we needed anything. You don’t get that everywhere!Inside, the house was so fun to explore. It truly sleeps 14 people comfortably — plenty of space, blankets, and pillows for everyone, and the air conditioning worked perfectly the whole time. There’s something for all ages here: a game room for the kids, an awesome LED-lit girl room that turned into a mini photoshoot zone, and fun blue kitchen lights that added to the vibe — we definitely took some cute photos there too!What really makes this place stand out is the unique and creative touch in every room. You can tell the owner has an artistic eye — the whole space is full of personality and charm. Every corner had us saying “wait, come look at this!”Location-wise, it’s just a mile from downtown, which made it super easy for our group to hop on the Pub Trolley. We loved how close we were to the fun, but still had a peaceful space to come back to and wind down. The front porch was another favorite spot to chill and sip coffee in the morning.This house is more than just a place to sleep — it’s a full experience"
