"In operation since 1771, amazing service, superb prices in the off season, great amenities on property and nearby. Particularly recommend Annie’s Restaurant for breakfast, 1 mile away? We had two rooms for two nights to visit nearby Old Sturbridge Village - less than 10 minutes away - and were upgraded from Motel rooms to main property rooms. Staff is amazing. Dining room is moderately priced at ~ $22/plate. Desserts were $8 to $10. Highly Recommend!"

"Staff was amazing. Room was oddly laid out and needs updating. The bathroom door was soooo close to the toilet you need to step aside to open and close. Some things had evidently not been cleaned - the bathroom mirror over the sink had some leftover markings on the frame. "

"The facility was under construction and there was no breakfast availbale nor were accommodations made. The price of the hotel stay increaded 40% from my prior booking. I will not stay there again."

"Our first room smelled disgusting, come to find out it was because of some nastiness in the toilet. Second room seemed fine at first, till we realized the shower was broken/unusable because no water came out. Later realized how dirty the bathroom really was. Shower had dirt/hair in it, shower curtain at the bottom was brown and moldy, shower head was caked up with something brown, and the sink wouldn’t drain properly. Just wanted to go to bed, so didn’t bother packing up stuff and going back to office to complain a second time and get another room, knowing it probably wouldn’t be much better. 10/10 will never stay here again. Sad because this used to be a favorited place to go."

"The all seasons property had a sign out front at the beginning of the driveway, and there was no other branding anywhere in the hotel inside or outside. I think it might’ve been a best Western either before or now currently instead of the all seasons, but I have absolutely no idea what hotel I actually stayed in. There was one person on staff and I don’t think he might’ve even been there overnight or not. I tried calling the front desk for something and nobody ever answered. There was also a plow, not the whole truck, but just the plow part, in the driveway just sitting there the whole time we were there like it got dropped off, which seems to me to be very dangerous for anybody else driving. "
