Este hotel es una joya en Santiago. Con una edificacion unica y encantadora. Esta ubicado en un barrio muy entretenido, lleno de restaurantes, discotecas y bares. El personal del hotel es super atento y amable, enfocados en complacer a sus huéspedes. Hotel is pristine and well maintained. Staff are fabulous; genuinely friendly and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our regular interactions with Vivian, thank you for all of your help! The area around the hotel is not the greatest, but the hotel more than makes up for it.
