The Put-in-Bay Waterfront Condos are the main waterfront lodging choice for your Lake Erie island getaway. This lovely unit resides on some of the most prime Lake Erie real estate. It is the newest unit built on Put-In-Bay, opened in July 2016.

This upper level unit has four bedrooms, three full baths, two large lakeside decks, a cozy poolview deck, and has a capacity of up to twelve guests. Guests gain access to the condo through a coded door lock. This is very convenient as keys are eliminated from the equation. We came for a family wedding the weekend after a Labor Day and were disappointed at the cleanliness and upkeep of the condo for the luxury rates we paid. The condo was pretty beat up, not sure if this was a result of end of season, but the garbage can, fridge drawers, paper towel holder etc were all cracked and broken and the walls were beat up and tiles were broken outside the front doorway, etc. The sliding doors were filthy and the outside patio hadn’t been cleaned and cared for in weeks. We called to have the doors and patio cleaned so that we could use them and the gentlemen that came to clean came quickly and was very kind. The location was good and the golf cart rental on property was very convenient and worked out greatest We had a good trip but would not stay in this unit again at these prices without significant updates.

Two night trip. Condo was good. Workers there were helpful and informative. Pool area was nice, however, after arriving we learned there is no pool bar. Also, the parking spots are not assigned by condo so park where you can. Overall enjoyed our stay

The property was hard to find, but was very nice after we found it. Property staff were spraying off external stairs and walkways while people were moving in. The wet floors were very dangerous and a high fall risk. We enjoyed our stay and my grandchildren enjoyed the pool.

Perfect place to stay for our group. Property manager is available for any issues or questions. Great not to have to stop anywhere to check in or get keys. I would suggest some non skid backing added to both showers (very slippery) along with a simple bath rug to step out after showering.

This place was just ok - for the money you spend to stay here it should be much cleaner and give you a few more perks. The patios were filthy (we had to call to have someone clean them off), lots of cobwebs around, no drawer space in any of the bedrooms, I had to call and ask for dish towels and cloths (had to buy my own sponge to wash dishes). The master bed was extremely uncomfortable and noisy. The location isn't too bad, I actually liked being a little ways from the downtown area. We used the pool once during our five day stay and there was such a horrible smell coming from behind the pool (septic, sewer?? I don't know) that we didn't stay at the pool for very long. The only reason we chose this property was because it was one of the few properties on the island that had a pool and could accommodate a larger party, but it was definitely not worth the amount of money we spent.
