Condo #201 is located on the upper floor and is an end unit offering you additional privacy and quiet during your stay. The Put-in-Bay Waterfront Condos are the main waterfront lodging choice for your Lake Erie island getaway. There are no other rentals on Put-in-Bay with such an impressive and expansive view of the water as you relax out on your lake view back deck. This lovely unit resides on some of the most prime Lake Erie real estate. It is the newest unit built on Put-In-Bay, opened in July 2016.
This upper level unit has four bedrooms, three full baths, two large lakeside decks, a cozy poolview deck, and has a capacity of up to twelve guests. Guests gain access to the condo through a coded door lock. This is very convenient as keys are eliminated from the equation. The fully equipped kitchen comes capable of satisfying the cook of your group. Whip up a hearty breakfast or delectable dinner, all while saving some money during your Put-in-Bay vacation. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My Family and I really Enjoyed my stay in the Condo. It was an Easy Check In and an Easy Check out.The Condo was Very Clean. I was able to Rent 2 Golf Carts very Easily from the Condo Sight and didn't have to go searching for a Golf Cart Company. When I picked up the Golf Carts I was greeted so well and was given the keys without a delay. The Pool was Very Wonderful and We didn't have to walk for miles to get there.I definitely will Setup a Vacation again.

Bonus! Northern Lights

We booked this lovely 4 bedroom condo for our annual Fall Break Girls trip. My 2 grown daughters, my twin granddaughters and me! The condo was lovely and the photos were current and accurate. 3 of the bedrooms had access to a terrace or balcony. We had plenty of bath towels but could have used a few more in the kitchen. We opted to rent a 6 passenger golf cart so our travels around our island home was easy and fun. My only disappointment was the poor landscaping below our balcony. Broken wall and trash made an otherwise lovely view less attractive. The close proximity of the island airport was no problem. Then on a clear Thursday night we were blessed with a heavenly light show known as the Northern Lights which made a stunning appearance! We enjoyed our stay an hope to come back.

Needs some TLC

We came for a family wedding the weekend after a Labor Day and were disappointed at the cleanliness and upkeep of the condo for the luxury rates we paid. The condo was pretty beat up, not sure if this was a result of end of season, but the garbage can, fridge drawers, paper towel holder etc were all cracked and broken and the walls were beat up and tiles were broken outside the front doorway, etc. The sliding doors were filthy and the outside patio hadn’t been cleaned and cared for in weeks. We called to have the doors and patio cleaned so that we could use them and the gentlemen that came to clean came quickly and was very kind. The location was good and the golf cart rental on property was very convenient and worked out greatest We had a good trip but would not stay in this unit again at these prices without significant updates.

Overall the place was beautiful and it was very roomy and accommodating. The only thing I would say is that the kitchen outlets on the left hand side didn't work, but we were able to find other outlets to accomplish the tasks needed.

Two night trip. Condo was good. Workers there were helpful and informative. Pool area was nice, however, after arriving we learned there is no pool bar. Also, the parking spots are not assigned by condo so park where you can. Overall enjoyed our stay

Summer Break

The property was hard to find, but was very nice after we found it. Property staff were spraying off external stairs and walkways while people were moving in. The wet floors were very dangerous and a high fall risk. We enjoyed our stay and my grandchildren enjoyed the pool.
