In theory i had breakfast included and did not receive them, check in wait was terrible and room carpet was a bit dusty. Not bad but think there are better options for the price.

Rooms and staff were exceptional, bar and breakfast pricing reasonable, had a great comfortable stay. Only negative, very expensive parking for guests 19 hours $71.00 (self park) at hotel location.
