"Overall, we had a nice, relaxing break to reset and appreciated the stay. The home was spacious for our group of four, check-in was seamless, and the instructions were clear. The water pressure, hot water, and large bathroom were also great highlights.However, there are several areas that need attention:Cleanliness: The house was quite dusty with visible dirt on the floors—our feet turned black, so I ended up vacuuming the whole place myself. The BBQ was also too dirty to use, and there was a stale odour likely coming from the furniture.Kitchen & Amenities: While there was a good selection of pots, the pans need upgrading. The ceramic cooktop is old and slow, and the knives and scissors were dull.Note on the app: I tried to message the host directly about these issues during our stay, but the Stayz app repeatedly threw an error.""

"We arrived quite late at night but found the property easily enough. We attempted to open the lock box without success so we called the host only to be told we should have parked at the back of the property where the other lock box was as the front lock box is for emergencies only. Would have been nice to know this beforehand as it was raining hard and blowing a gale when we got there. The house was adequate for our needs but absolutely freezing downstairs (the floors are stone and there is no heating) so would not recommend for a winter break. The floors were dirty as was the mattress protector on the Queen bed, so I slept upstairs on the sofa. Bed linen was provided at our request - 20 per bed- but the beds were not made. The upstairs was better due to the heat pump which worked well. We moved the sofa a little to better feel the heat and were the floors were very dirty underneath. I think they may need to have a word with the cleaner. There were some tea bags and coffee sachets provided but the coffee sachets went out of date in 2022!! The traffic was noisy in the morning but on the up side the views were great and the beach was close. Don't think I would book to stay there again."
