Check in staff were amazing. Hotel and room immaculate. From cleaning staff to restaurant staff all were very friendly.
Only two little gripes
The metal bar was missing from fridge door so couldn’t stand anything up
After returning from the military tattoo it would have been nice to settle down and have a drink in the bar but it was closed - a thought for the future perhaps?
Overall a great experience this is our third stay here and will always return

Great hotel that is an easy walk of downtown Auckland. Lots of restaurants near by to choose from. Very comfortable and clean rooms with large bath rooms. Very wide and high quality selection or breakfast.

The perfect bach

Well appointed property, clean, loads of supplies, amazing views, hosts were proactive during particularly bad weather and took good care of us. I would book again in a heartbeat. We loved our stay.
