Overall a comfortable stay

Overall, the location is good as it is directly facing the sea and it is the center of town with all the shops nearby. The setback is Wifi is only available in the lobby. The check out time is 8am which is too early.

Heritage Hotel with big rooms. good ambience

Mr. Sagar served us with a big smile and the Receptionist and Pandit ji were very helpful. Food was very delicious.

Very ordinary hotel and not value for money

While the location of the hotel is pretty nice (slightly away from the busy main road and proximity to the beach), there is a lot of scope for improvement. 1. It took us about 20 minutes to check in 2. Room is not adequately lit. The toilet was very poorly lit. Cannot read or shave inside the toilet. 3. I was billed about Rs.500 more. It was only after I pointed out the error, the bill was rectified. 4. The cottage had not patio or sitting area outside or was given any newspaper as was mentioned in the list of facilities 5. Crockeries and cutleries were of very ordinary quality and not cleaned properly. 6. Room tariff was high relative to the facilities/amenities provided.

The delux huts were shabby but we were quickly moved to a magnificent large room in the main building. We stayed five days and loved it . I would recommend it to anybody who appreciates something of quality that is a bit quirky. The pool was great and they also have their own organic vegetable garden which supplies the restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Not worth the price at all!

As soon as i checked in although my room was fully pre paid , the staff said I had to pay at checkout. Then I showed my expedia confirmation and it took them two days to figure out. Also my breakfast was complimentary, but each day I had to explain this to the staff. Room had no Wi Fi plus the room was very old, full of cracks and dirt. I paid almost 174 dollars per night in an Indian hotel, and I expected way more. My worst experience in India through expedia.
