"Confusing layout and signage for the wings rooms. Understaffed front desk in the morning. I returned with my rental car, loaded, and went to pay for the parking. My car was there for 1/2 hour, and I was charged $24.95! I was given a phone number to call to have the fee returned."

"This place is beyond beautiful and peaceful! While we didn’t see any whales, we did see a bald eagle and multiple dear that let us hand feed them.The cabin is perfect, we really didn’t want for anything!"
