Der er heller ingen legeplads, som der står på Hotels.com Derefter fejl ved servering af frokost. Derefter myrer på værelset... da vi vågnede om morgenen var der en stor kakerlak på gulvet. Da vi skulle betale ville de have betaling for den ekstra seng som manageren tilbød fordi de ingen baby seng havde. De endte dog med ikke at kræve betalingen for ekstra seng....

"The rooms were not clean. There was cobwebs and spiders everywhere, in the bedrooms and eating areas. Quite a frightening experience. The other problem was there is no direct road access to the hotel, cars will have to stop outside along the roadside and the luggage and bags will have to be unloaded at the roadside. We had to walk about 5-10 mins to the hotel, amidst the padi fields while the hotel staff helped to bring our luggages via a motorbike. It’s a nice walk if it’s in the morning, but...

"It was very dirty. Mould everywhere, weird smell. Dirty and broken toilet. We stayed there for 4 days nobody cleaned the room. When we reached there and complained about the condition of room owner was so rude and almost threatened us. Only good thing was the view from hotel. But its very loud there constant noise of trucks.     "My wife and I and my wife's sister stayed in one of the 2-BR villas at Dusun Bedugul Asri in September 2025. We were very satisfied with our stay there. We went to the area because we wanted to see the Bali Botanical Garden, which is nearby. It was a bit too far to walk, but the hotel quickly arranged a good driver for us. The grounds of the hotel are beautifully landscaped. It's actually like a miniature botanical garden. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant food was excellent."
