Our more than 300-year-old Ticino patrician house is located in Pura, the pretty village at the entrance to Malcantone, just above Lake Lugano. It stands in the front row of houses in an open south-facing position with a panoramic view of the surrounding mountain ranges (San Salvatore, Monte Generoso etc.) The flat is 58 m2 in size.
The living room is rustic with a beamed ceiling and fireplace, the bedroom has real stucco decorations, the kitchen and shower are new and modern.
