The only good thing I have to say about the property is that it's close to the beach, other than that not much to say. We had stayed here before but the room was quieter, this time around it was not. I made the mistake of booking a room with a balcony which comes with more windows except the windows are old and glass slats that don't seal very well so you can hear all the outside noise (trucks, people, wind, motorcycles), and mind you that we were on the 6th floor so you would think ground noises wouldn't be that loud but they were. On our last stay the room was pretty isolated with walls all around so it was quiet. And the AC was probably in better conditions because the one we had this time around was very noisy (rattled when the compressor came on). It was probably on it's last days of going out. I guess this place is a "you get what you pay for" so I'll probably find something else in the same price range even if it's a little further from the beach.

They need to have separate pools for adults and children. The pool was closed for an entire day because some infant urinated and deficated in the pool. With all the construction going on I really don't think this is too much to ask. It was gross!
