"It was an amazing experience for me and my family! Room was huge, spotless, fresh and accessible! Restaurant personnel were extraordinary specially Mr. Kevin, Mrs. Lymaris and Sherline! They are experts on customer service, kindness and professionalism! Our stay was during Christmas Eve and the decorations were amazing! Also, having a special Santa letter for my daughter to write and drop it in the mailbox for Santa was so meaningful! Definitely we will come again and recommend this hotel to everyone! "I booked this property based on excellent reviews and I'm so glad I did. John is an outstanding host. His property is clean and very well-run. It has everything one needs for an enjoyable beach vacation. John even provided beach chairs. He gave us great advice on places to see and things to do in PR. Breakfast was delightful with plenty of fruit, pastries, yogurt and hot sandwiches. John even accomodated my specific dietary needs. His property exceeded our expectations and we had a wonderful time in PR thanks to John's hospitality."
