New and modern apartment facing the beach of Punta Umbria, with capacity for five people, distributed in two bedrooms, bathroom, large living room, kitchen, a wonderful terrace, wifi, air conditioning in all rooms, covered parking space, and equipped with all the white linen both bathroom and bed, household and necessary appliances for a happy family stay. The apartment is part of a group of tourist apartments just 300 meters from the beach, located in a modern building in the heart of the municipality, with a restaurant on the ground floor, swimming pools for adults and children, gardens and playgrounds children's The apartments are surrounded by all urban services, so you do not need to use the car at all during your stay. Supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, restaurants, cinemas, buses, museums, civil guards, etc. will be found around the same building. Sehr einfache, ältere Unterkunft

Leider war die Unterkunft nicht wie beschrieben. Der Pool war geschlossen, das Restaurant war geschlossen. Das Zentrum von Punta Umbría ist 30 Minuten entfernt.

En general está bien situado.

Mi experiencia ha sido agridulce, está bien situado,pero nos dieron una quinta planta y pedimos otro apartamento ya que tenía bañera y mi madre es muy mayor, no hubo problema, nos dieron la planta 0 el apartamento de baño para personas con movilidad reducida, pero había piezas sueltas el la ducha , la silicona,oscura , falta de limpieza y mantenimiento. También en los armarios y pintura de todo. La cocina bien equipada, mi hijo dormía con el colchón en el suelo ya que el sofá cama estaba muy torcido. En fin, hay que arreglarlo y bastante. Muy poca luz en el baño y sin salida ni ventilador.

Apartamento acogedor

El apartamento estaba en un séptimo y las vistas eran estupendas. Además estaba limpio y tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia estupenda. La recepción fue muy buena y muy rápido todo. Estaba muy cerca de la playa y a un paseo del centro. Por poner una pega, la cama de matrimonio hacia un poco de ruido al moverte.

Das Apartment war sauber, so wie beschrieben. Die Aussicht aufs Meer unbeschreiblich. Die Dame Alexandra war sehr aufmerksam und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir werden es auf jeden Fall wiederholen.

El alojamiento estaba muy bien, salvo algunos defectos. Que deberian estar solucionados al entrar el siguiente inquilino. Todo correcto y el contacti con alexandra ( si ko me equivoco el nombre) excepcional, un trato buenísimo con miy buena educación y demostraba cariño por los huéspedes

Apartamento muito prático e com ótima localização!

Apartamento a 5min. a pé da praia. Equipamento de cozinha muito completo. Muito bem decorado. O único ponto negativo... o horário da piscina! Abre às 11.00h encerra às 14.00h e volta a abrir às 17 h. Em dias de vento, não podendo estar na praia, ficamos sem alternativa. A piscina deveria estar sempre aberta! ESTA INFORMAÇÃO NÃO ESTÁ NO ANÚNCIO!

Estancia tranquila y agradable

El apartamento q nos adjudicaron inicialmente no cumplía las expectativas del anuncio porque era una primera planta lateral q daba a calle, no se veía el mar y la hb pequeña que daba a la galería de acceso a los apartamentos no tenía nada de luz natural . Nos quejamos y 2 días después nos cambiaron a la planta 5 y con vistas al mar. Un cambio substancial

La atención de Alexandra, muy eficiente. En la cocina, el menaje muy escaso. Tuvimos que pedirle a Alexandra más cuberteria y fuentes para la comida (teníamos una ensaladera y una plato ovalado grande). Las tazas de desayuno son muy pequeñas.

Cambio de cerradura y llaves siin avisar y el dia antes de salir

La ubicación, distancia a la playa y al pueblo, distribución del apartamento. La limpieza, aunque correcta anla llegada, solo se ha limpiado 1 vez en diez dias. La información al cliente: han realizado un cambio de cerradura sin avisar, y causando molestias y cambio de planes. Llame al teléfono y no recibí respuesta.
