Relax in the king spa-inspired primary suite or enjoy the calming queen guest room, both with water views and complete privacy with untouched landscape. The well-equipped kitchen has everything needed with the convenience of a coffee/cocktail bar. Start your morning on your peaceful lanai, lounge around the heated pool, and end your day relaxing on lanai while enjoying Florida's gorgeous sunsets. In unit laundry room. Located five minutes from the charming, yet vibrant downtown with walking/biking paths, historic district, parks, pickleball/tennis courts,Fisherman's Village, unique shops, galleries, local restaurants and bars with amazing local music, all centered around the harbor. Boat slips are available upon HOA approval. Direct gulf access to many beaches and sandbars. Numerous beautiful beaches all within close driving distance. All utilities and WIFI included. Condo offers free on-site parking. No pets allowed. During season January, February, & March rate is $3900 a month. November, December, & April rate is $3600 a month. Rates vary May through October.
