The house was in a nice neighborhood and convenient to local restaurants and downtown. The pool and pool table were nice amenities. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious and the kitchen well appointed..we enjoyed our time there!

The location is the best part of the property. We loved being on the canal, we loved being minutes away from Fisherman Village. The kids enjoyed the pool, fishing and playing pool. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean.

This home was the perfect size for our family of six (kids shared bedrooms and queen beds). The kitchens and bathrooms were fully stocked and everything was very clean (felt very much like a home versus a vacation rental). We were comfortable and had a wonderful time - pool toys and bicycles would be an awesome addition.

Great home, quiet location

We rented this home for our family vacation (2 adults, 1 tween). We do not enjoy staying at hotels as we enjoy more privacy and space. This was perfect! The neighborhood was very quiet (even over the 4th of july) and the house had everything we could need. It's a short drive from the airport and close to restaurants, grocery store, etc. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Worth it!

Property was great for our small family everyone had their own space. Check in was 4pm and they were not done cleaning and we had to stand outside and wait for 1/2 an hour with a car full of grocery's after a very long travel day. We would for sure choose this house again! The pool and pool table were great for our family!

So inviting!

The layout of the home coupled with its location made it an ideal place for us to stay. The floor plan makes this an inviting place to stay. The neighbors were very friendly, the street decorated for Christmas. The huge kitchen/great room allowed us to have our adult children join us for dinner and game nigh. Florida had a cold spell, so we were unable to enjoy the pool.

I found the property acceptable, at best. There were good things like being stocked with every possible kitchen appliance one might need. The pool was quite nice. However the furniture was dark, heavy, very well-worn and not a Florida look. The beds were very, very uncomfortable, two having a slab of foam on top of a sort of mattress. Only one bed was okay but very high and not real easy for my short friend to navigate. The house is in disrepair though it looks like work is being done. But it's not a good look. Screen doors slammed shut off the pool area. The internet went out on Monday and not restored until Friday. Very inconvenient. I might choose this location again but it would not be a first choice.
