Brand new end-unit, top floor with 3BR/2BA. The Carolina Terrace condo delivers an ideal split-bedroom floor-plan with over 1,300 square feet of living space. Master suite has two walk-in closets and full bath. The guest bedroom has an adjacent full bathroom. The 3rd bedroom is an 'remote office' and is perfect spot away from home. Open concept main living space features kitchen island, formal dining space and living area with screened lanai looking west.

Overlooks the 11th hole (Gator Hole), quiet setting with unobstructed views of sunsets from screened lanai and master bedroom.

There is a $250 cleaning fee and $250 optional golf membership fee to Heritage Landing, which gets you $25/round each (public rate is $84).
