The house was so clean and spacious! The kitchen had everything we needed. Master bed was very comfortable. Master bathroom spacious and clean.The grounds are kept well and the pool was very clean and temperature was perfect!We will definitely suggest this house to our family and friends!

Absolutely beautiful home. All the top amenities were available for our use. We loved the pool area and fishing in the canal. Troy was a perfect gem of a host. Answered questions very quickly and went above and beyond to address any concerns. Would definitely recommend to other and would stay again if we’re ever back in the area.

Last minute work trip, couldn’t recommend this properly enough. I’ve stayed at Fishetmans Village and Sunseeker, this was my favorite stay by far. Troy very easy to work with, will stay here again.

Great Location for a Short Family Getaway!

Beautiful Home

This house is everything you need for a great stay. The location is close to everything. Comfortable beds, comfortable furniture, and kitchen was well stocked with any utensil you’d need. The pool area was very clean and the pool was well maintained. I would highly recommend this home. Thanks Troy for being a great host!! There were also kayaks and bicycles to use!!! Also, the owner Troy, was very good to communicate with. We love the quick response time!!

Fantastic location!!!

Beautiful and updated home with a great location. Walking distance to Fisherman’s Village with restaurants and shopping. Easy access to bike riding on the Harbor Walk. And all of the beds are very comfortable!! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location and villa

We had great stay in the villa. Everything we needed was there and the location is excellent. A 5 minute stroll to Fishermans Village with shops and restaurants. Near supermarkets. A very relaxing time

Lots to Do!!

Beautiful home with plenty of things to do for the family. Loved the pool and use of bikes and kayaks. Troy responded to our texts even late at night on our arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

Fun in the sun!

This is a great “stay put” vacation spot, perfect for families content to swim and play in the sun. Walking distance to nice restaurants, shopping, and ice cream. Not super close to a beach or other tourist activities, but Ft. Myers beach is only about a 45 minute drive. The house was comfortable for 3 adults and 2 kids. Troy was very easy to communicate with and made sure our stay was comfortable. My kids enjoyed the pool table and games as well!

Home away from home

This is the 3rd yr we’ve stayed at this home prior to Christmas. It now feels like our 2nd home. It’s turn key and all you need for the fun of a vacation but the peace of home too. Fishing at your fingertips, close to shopping, sunrise and sunset views from the canal dock. The owner has been awesome. Seeya again!

This home was perfect! Check in was easy. Troy was quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Location was key! Walking distance to Fisherman's Village. The provided bicycles were a nice plus which we rode all over town.

Great Stay

Beautiful Home! Great location and walking distance to Fisherman's Village. The pool overlooks the canal and we enjoyed sitting outside and watching sunsets. Everything you need is available. Troy was great to communicate with. Would not hesitate to visit this property again. Highly recommend!

Perfect girls getaway!

The listing was exactly as it showed on-line and both the listing and guest book had all the information we needed. Troy even provided coffee pods for the Keurig and laundry pods so we could wash the beach towels. The pool was very clean and relaxing and it was fun to sit on the dock and watch the fish jump. We spent a lot of time at Fisherman's Village dining, shopping and enjoying the sunset entertainment. The only downside is that there is not a true beach within about 45 minutes from the house but Venice beach was worth the drive. Troy was a great conmunicator and we had no major issues during our stay.
