"We had a wonderful experience here. The staff was very attentive and accommodating to myself and my wife. Adalberto, Cindy, Giovanna, Marcos, Ruben, Nick. Carlos and the list go on and on. This staff members treated us like family. I know a missed quite a few names from the Queen as we called her at the front desk, Veronica the concierge to Emmanuel our driver. Everyone made our first stay in Panama amazing. We cannot leave out the bar tender in the hotel Lobby. He presented us with gifts, professionalisms and a great time. We cannot express our heartfelt appreciation enough. So, we thank you for a wonderful experience at Dreams Playa Bonita Panama. If your time was not filled with joy, it's your fault. "Owner was very accommodating and nice. We arrived a bit later so the kitchen was closed but the host was still willing to make us sandwiches. Beautiful pool with outstanding views. And modern controllable in room AC. Highly recommend! "

"We had a fabulous time during our stay. The condo is better than the listing shows and we were extremely comfortable. We also paid for the use of the Pearl Club and would highly recommend doing so. The pools were clean and the staff tested the water up to 4 times a day. It was much cleaner than the Westin property next door. Ubers were easy to get and we explored Casa Viejo several times. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Casa Bonita and would highly recommend it."

"Unique stay for sure. We stayed in one of the smaller “containers”. It was fine for us, others might find it tight. The larger units looked like they had some dining area and a bit more space. A few extra hooks on the wall or in the very tiny bathroom would be nice for towels. The first floor units are great for pool side, second floor units have a porch but you have to go around the building to access your door. A few extra chairs on the first floor entry decks would be nice as we had to share. Fantastic restaurant on site, not a huge menu but we had 4 great meals. No breakfast menu but we heard from another guest it was available? The manager (Carlos) lives on site and was amazing. You do not need to kite surf to appreciate the skill and we spent hours watching the show with a front row seat. New stairs for access to the beach were being build while we were there. Be prepared for an abundance of plastic refuse brought in by the tide that lines the beach. Definitely recommend a stay here. "

"This was our first stay in the Playa Caracol resort and we cannot wait to come back! There are different apartment areas in the resort and for our stay during Carnavales we found the Villas Residences to be the most peaceful. The apartment was fully stacked with everything that you would need for a longer vacation stay for a family. The interiors were bright, clean, and gorgeous- the photos definitely do not do them justice! Contact with the property manager was very good. If you are looking for a vacation place with a lot of amenities (beach, pool, 2 restaurants, a small store - all within walking distance) - this is the place!"

"If you are travelling to Panama City then this hotel is the one for you to choose! Located right next to Panama Airport (BLB) and next to the beach and close to downtown Panama City this hotel offers a safe secluded tranquil oasis with one hell of a great vibe! The manager Carlos (legend!) and his amazing team will make sure you have the best stay in Panama. This was a great find for me 10 out of 10! "
