"Arrived at ny 12 noon check in per my registration with a couple of bags of perishable items to cook over the stay. Once I arrived I was told that they do not do check in until 3 PM. I showed them that the check in per my reservation was at 12 noon and that I had purchased food that could not sit in a hot car for three hours. I was told that they would expedite the room cleaning and inform me soon on the check in. I returned in 45 minuted and there was another associate there that stated that...

"Rooms were great! A/C felt AMAZING! Staff SUPER NICE AND FRIENDLY! FOOD AMAZING! There was literally nothing we ate that we did not love! We added the Premium all inclusive package when we arrived for a great price! We ate at all the restaurants, buffets and had top shelf liquor ! I would for sure stay here again! "
